Dr. Rommy Mom is a Nigerian human rights lawyer, author, and policy strategist with over three decades of frontline experience defending civil liberties, democratic institutions, and the rule of law in Nigeria and across West Africa.

As President of Lawyers Alert, one of Nigeria's leading civil society law organisations, he has pioneered landmark initiatives in legal aid, electoral integrity, freedom of expression, and transitional justice. His work bridges the courtroom, the legislature, and the international arena.

A doctoral graduate, seasoned mediator, and published commentator, Dr. Mom brings both scholarly rigour and practical wisdom to the most pressing governance and security challenges of our time.
